毎月のコンテンツのLintをかけたい

Textlint入れてTypoとかてにをはの修正する感じで

Textlintを変える以前に、markdownlintを利用しMarkdownの記載フォーマットを統一したい

markdownlintについては合意が取れました。

pre-commitを利用してコミット時にmarkdownlint及びtextlintを実行するように設定しました
また、実行時に自動整形処理も同時に行っています
