Node.js Replacement for Stanford CoreNLP?

I'm currently using Stanford CoreNLP self-hosted service. As it uses Java it's not ideal as I'm a Node.js developer and Java hosting is expensive and doesn't align with my tech stack.

Is there a Python or Node.js replacement (not just a wrapper) for SUTime with spoke language support?

Is there a SaaS with API access to SUTime to off-load hosting in my cloud?
