Link Name in Flash message to Person

Currently when I add a new Role / Person in a Person list, I stay on the list, and the newly added person may be way down on that list or even on a second page.

We should provide a simple way to get to that person.

My suggestion is to link the name in the flash message, that says the person was sucessfully created.

Things to look out for:

• The person might be in another group, than you are currently displaying, as the create role dialog allows you to select a group. So you have to make sure you link to the right place.

After adding a completely new person to a group, we display the edit page of that person by now. But this issue is still valid after adding an existing person to a group.
