Why

The XML Printing format is directly related to generating binary Binie files and PDFs and is used as the structured input in the colony print. There's no documentation; usage is done solely by looking at examples.

What

Create simple documentation in the XML format, taking inspiration from other documents.

How

Develop a Markdown file for that purpose.
