Could you please make the shelves protected?

So that only people who can_dig here can take and put items into the shelves?

I'd be even happier to have the public shelves and also a protected version.

Compatibility with protector mods has been added (66a41df). Currently only tested the areas mod and it works.
Always-public shelves can be added at a later point.
