Currently de-duplicating a large list file takes around 30 minutes.

Does anyone know of a tool for Windows that removes duplicate lines from a large unsorted text file quickly?

Best would be PowerShell code, or a 64-bit command line EXE.

It'd help improve the generation of this projects list 💃
