Todo:

• Check the snomed codes for belgium: https://browser.ihtsdotools.org/?perspective=full&conceptId1=404684003&edition=MAIN/SNOMEDCT-BE/2022-11-15&release=&languages=en,nl,fr
• Expand proposal - make proposal for ucum + snomed. Make sure the idea is that the BE standard should encompass a fuller set, and that we can restrict based on fhir attribute
• Declare this as a subset + valuemapping with kmehr

More work:

• Split the set in 2 parts. One with questions towards kmehr - fix a link to a public google drive doc to enable discussion
• Add a column 'presentation unit' for things that only make sense as a presentation unit.
• After this: recombine the list, suggest some deprecations and suggest the others for validation as a value set to HL7BE.
