Ready for testing

Volgens mij is dit project nu al zo ver gevorderd dat we stilaan eens een paar testen kunnen doen.

Wellicht moeten er nog een aantal afspraken gemaakt worden rond de "identifiers" die in de verschillende resources gaan gebruikt worden, maar dat zal tijdens testen wel naar boven komen.

I'd like to make some updates still, but technically we have the core. I'll submit new tickets and PRs.
Most important for now - there is a Bundle that is Batch/Transaction - which one?

Note that the master branch build is broken at the moment. I'll fix that when I do some more updates.

WG: we will make the url for the businessidentifier part of the IG, and the uuid will provide the unicity.

WG: Kurt DHAENE will provide a bundle with some create/update requests from Heracles as a first test. If both parties agree on the test example, we can integrate it in the IG.

@bdc-ehealth The IG contains a legacy 'cvko-id' resource that is not used and can be removed.
