Why is this still an open issue ? |
@Mcobbaert @annenerenhausen in the current profile, there is still a field category, with cardinality 1..1 MS, that is used to indicate the difference between a nursing RP, an diagnostic imaging RP, ... see https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/ValueSet/be-referral-category. Do we still need this? |
WG: for now we leave this open. We will ask @costateixeira if this has an explicit need on the FHIR level. We will discuss this in the technical meeting. |
WG: @costateixeira do you have some thoughts on this. |
Not sure what is the request on this old ticket. Category is an optional field. If a decision was taken to make it mandatory and the base for having several profiles (arguable), not sure what are the thoughts that are being requested. I will ask within RIZIV / INAMI. |
Why is this still an open issue? |
WG: Category will be used to indicate the general type of the prescription (Nursing, Lab request, Imaging prescription) |
Hi Bart,
As discussed during our call:
we will use the item Code instead of OrderDetail for the requested serviceRequest.
we will not use the Category to avoid redundancy with the discipline item
Value Set Discipline: I check if there are SNOMED-CT codes for the disciplines otherwise, we refer to Cobhra for the complete Belgian list.
Value Set ServiceRequest: Maarlen will provide an initial list for nurses. this will be an important list. It will require more time and discussions with the NRC to see how to manage the maintenance.
I adapt the document ASAP
Best Regards,
Anne
