AU Base Medication: invariants on medication.code are invalid #278

This issue applies to all invariants on medication.code:

url for the Medication Type extension is incorrect, and should be 'http://hl7.org.au/fhir/StructureDefinition/medication-type'
part of the invariant valueCoding='xxx', e.g. valueCoding='UPDSF', is incorrect and should be valueCoding.code='xxx'

This means that these should never trigger (but they always do, please see issue #280).

The issues also exists in all other medication profiles.
