Create Web-to-case Form Block for SalesForce Integration

Context/Description

For Contact Us web-to-case need

Background
Currently, we have been using iFrames for the Pardot form links so that we can capture leads and submissions in MCAE (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). We will need to move away from using iFrames and we need to be able to manage web-to-case from SalesForce. We need to replace the contact us iframe with a block that can handle Salesforce Web-to-case requirements.

Description
Create a new block to manage SalesForce web-to-case requirements which would also be able to display the forms properly. The form fields are in the code and will be needed for end-to-end testing.

Acceptance Criteria

The SalesForce form block would be able to manage the SalesForce Web-To-Case without needing Marketo
The form block looks clean and offers a seamless experience for it's users
The form block can be managed by the CMS team and content editors
Assumption
This block may be needed for other Volvo Group websites

@KJohnsn Update: this HTML web-to-case block requirement for PartsASIST has been updated and we will pivot this work to take place for the Contact Us form requirement for Volvo Trucks and Mack Trucks.

Adobe currently doesn't have a solution for web-to-case solutions from Salesforce that doesn't involve Marketo. VTNA Salesforce team is looking into a solution using Pardot instead.
