In direct purchase duplicate qty was displayed in bin card
pharmacy/pharmacy_transfer_issue_direct_department.xhtml
(If add whole qty to issue it happens & in bin card without selecting department only it was displayed, In Pharmacy Direct Issue select Staff Name was displayed therefore it happens)

ex:
Date & Time | Bill Type | Qty In | Qty Out | Balance Qty
