Update Prototype

We're still using Prototype 1.5.0. Version 1.5.1 was already loaded into the 
repository, but we need 
to update to 1.6.x for issue #20.

All occurrences of Hash#merge will need to be replaced with Hash#update.

Prototype 1.6.0.3 has been loaded into the repository in r133, r134, r135.

Updated the Canviz Prototype external to 1.6.0.3 and fixed the Hash usage as 
needed in r137.
Updated the Path examples Prototype external in r138.
