Currently, .dna.json name depends on the name of current working directory. This means that by default, this file name is not reproducible (in context of Nix specifically, name will usually be set to source for reproducibility).

It would be nice to have hc package use zome basename (basename zomes/*) instead.

There are DNAs with more than one zome, so it would make more sense to derive name from name in manifest.json.
