hc keygen keystore file should contain public key

Currently, tooling used to derive public key from private key doesn't seem to be exposed anywhere, and the only ways to capture that are keystore basename and hc keygen stdout.

For purposes of integration with HoloPortOS, it would be much easier if keystore had public_key field, or if hc had a task to derive public key from private.
