On Ubuntu 16.04 after installing Holochain and whilst following the hello Holo tutorial.

From https://developer.holochain.org/docs/tutorials/coreconcepts/hello_holo/

This looks incorrect

Then create a core concepts folder for this tutorial series:
cd ~
mkdir holochain
cd holochain
mkdir core concepts
cd core concepts

Also
Run in nix-shell
hc init cc_tuts
cd cc_tuts

The results
[nix-shell:~/holochain/coreconcepts]$ hc init cc_tuts
Error: Permission denied (os error 13)

[nix-shell:~/holochain/coreconcepts]$ sudo hc init cc_tuts
sudo: hc: command not found
