Changing the created date to 1601

Hi Joachim! Thanks for making a great script, unfortunately when using it on my most recent Android WhatsApp zip file/folder, it changes the created date to 09 April 1601...

I have tried looking into why it was caused by I cannot understand the full script. The file names are in the correct format:
for example: IMG-20190927-WA0014

So the script should convert it to 27 September 2019.
Can I send you the small test zip I was using to look into the problem?
