AVM FRITZ!Box Tools: device trackers not working anymore

The problem

I am updating home assistant every few days. I have been using the device_tracker of AVM FRITZ!Box Tools.

However, somehow the states do not update anymore since Jan 6th states do not update anymore. I have restarted the FritzBox and Homeassitant. However, the problem still exists.

What can I do to debug this issue?
