Reolink Integration: Vehicle property set to "on" if a vehicle is simply present rather than the source of the alert #114401

The problem

Vehicle property is being turned on if a vehicle is present within the frame, rather than because it was a vehicle that triggered the movement alert. The consequence of this for example, is when using PlateRecognizer integration a person triggering a movement alert turns Vehicle attribute on if a parked vehicle is also in frame. As Vehicle property "on" state is used to trigger plate recognition that means recognition requests are sent in response to persons being detected.
