Tuya needs to reload

The problem

Every time I reboot my router, Tuya Integration needs to be reloaded (Settings->Devices and Services->Tuya -> 3 point menu->Reload).
This behaviour started a few months ago after installing a new version of Home Assistant (I don't remeber which one).
Is there a way to create an automation that reload Tuya service at a specific time or every x minute?
