The problem

the shopping_list_updated event sends no user ID with the event when adding items to the shopping list. neither when adding it via ui nor via event direclty.

this makes it impossible to handle it differently depending on who added items (for example sending notifications to all but the person who added an item).

this issue was mentioned before, but the post got no attention and was closed:
home-assistant/frontend#12308
