Starline: error "Exceeding limit"

The problem

I started getting these errors in Log sometimes:

2024-06-14 20:27:15.328 ERROR (SyncWorker_0) [starline.base_api] Request failed: 429 Client Error: Exceeding limit for url: https://developer.starline.ru/json/v2/user/xxxxxxxxxxx/user_info
2024-06-14 20:30:15.222 ERROR (SyncWorker_13) [starline.base_api] Request failed: 429 Client Error: Exceeding limit for url: https://developer.starline.ru/json/v2/auth.slid

May happen after some time after HA reboot - for example, recently HA started at ~19:45, and furst error in the Log appeared at 20:25.
Usually when these errors appear - I see an error here:

Reloading the integration manually does not help, same errors & sensors are unavailable.

Observed this problem 2 times.
1st time the issue disappeared after a couple of hours.

I did not change "scan_interval"-related settings for the integration.
