Since update 2024.6.3 to 2024.6.4 soco.events_asyncio Could not bind to 192.166.66.6:1400: [Errno 98] Address in use #120165

The problem

Hi I updated from 2024.6.3 to 2024.6.4 and getting the error every reboot:

Could not bind to 192.166.66.6:1400: [Errno 98] Address in use

Don't know what it means. Thought i'd report it.

2024.6.3

What type of installation are you running?

Home Assistant OS

Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?

happened after update.

192.166.66.6 is ip adres of my RPi running HA. There is nothing else in the network with this ip adres. When disconnecting the pi and I ping that adres there is no response so I double checked it.

Oh it seems 'normal HA reboots don't solve it' i'd had to reboot the whole rasberry pi os, now it's gone.
