Home Assistant release with the issue:

0.88.1

Last working Home Assistant release (if known):
None

Operating environment (Hass.io/Docker/Windows/etc.):

Hass in Python Virtual Environment; Ubuntu 18.4
Component/platform:

Smartthings

Description of problem:
I have two parallel HA systems, one in production using STJohnJohnson's MQTT bridge, a second HA as a Sandbox using the Smartthings Integration.
For the SmartThings Integration:

  1. Aeotec Sensor 6
  • Motion Detection works fine and near real time
  • Luminance & Temperature at best update from a reboot, otherwise not at all.
but no way to confirm values reported
STJJ's MQTT reporting values near real time and correctly.
  1. Aeotec SmartSwitch 6 with Energy Reporting
    • Switch function works fine.
    • Energy (Wh) might update after a reboot (values are correct), otherwise not at all.
whereas STJohns will report rather frequently with minor delay.
    • Power meter (W) always 0.
STJJ's MQTT will report rather frequently with minor delay.

Problem-relevant configuration.yaml entries and (fill out even if it seems unimportant):

Traceback (if applicable):

Additional information:

  1. using the logger set to debug, the only "Push update received:" is for the motion sensor.
  2. Bali Shades which act as a switch and dimmer works and reports status OK in real time.

Try re-authorizing the app to resync the subscriptions, it sounds like it's just not getting updates:

  1. In either SmartThings app, go to Automations
  2. Select Home Assistant (or whatever you named it)
  3. Tap Done and then Accept.

See if that fixes the issue!

Yes that solved it. It (re)subscribed to what looks like all the entities and is now pushing updates; and the sensors are now reporting as well!!
Thanks. You may close.

Hello!

I'm having same issue but there is no more Clasic App available... also can't find it in new app on iPhone. Anyone have any idea where to find it ()reauthorize the app to resync subscriptions?
