Using the integration locative webhook, the state is correctly got by HA and new device_tracker created. Since then all updates work correctly. BUT Locative is not restoring the state after restart/reboot, that's mean that device_tracker is disappearing and cause person's state to become unknow as well.

@MartinHjelmare It was implemented before 0.94, that it is not now, it's more bug than a "request". The functionality of locative component was broken and currently not working correctly.
You can call this feature request as "Fix Locative Bug"
