Entities are set to not available in Home Assistant

The problem

In a test RPi HA instance.
All entities of a NEO Cam switch are set to unavailable (niet beschikbaar), while in Control Panel of Z-Wave JS/Device (NEO) under Meter all the values are visible/available.

There is lots of traffic on the Discord channel talking about an incompatability between Beta HA and some versions of zwavejs2mqtt. I think you need v2.0.0 of zwavejs2mqtt (but dont quote me!)
