Describe the issue you are experiencing

After installing the new Z-wave integration (using it with the mqtt integration) I keep getting "nagged" to install it again?
In the integration page! - Even if its already installed and working

(Yes I can just ignore this, but as someone pointed out in the post above, I should report it so here I am :-)

What is the used version of the Supervisor?

supervisor-2021.03.3

What type of installation are you running?

Home Assistant OS

Which operating system are you running on?

Home Assistant Operating System

What is the version of your installed operating system?

5.11

What version of Home Assistant Core is installed?

core-2021.2.3

Steps to reproduce the issue

1.Install zwavejs2mqtt
2.Instal Z-wave JS integration and point to ws (above)
3. Reboot HA and you get a new Z-wave JS asking to be installed
...

Anything in the Supervisor logs that might be useful for us?

If you're using zwavejs2mqtt you should not have the official Z-Wave JS add-on installed. Remove the latter add-on and the discovery notification should disappear. You may first need to reconfigure the set up Z-Wave JS integration to not be configured to use the official add-on, if that was selected when you set up the integration. You can go through the config flow again and uncheck the relevant check box.
