i have the same problem too

Viessmann changed something on their API.
To fix this we require a new version of PyVicare which introduces a couple of breaking changes.
There is a bigger PR being worked on to fix this here: #56691

On homeassistant 2021.11.0 vicare integration seems broken: message in the log "Server error"

Does it persist when you restart HA Core?
What exactly is the log?

Fixed switching to python 3.9, and also the burner binary sensor works!
