Hue integration not updating status of a lamp

The problem

The UI-Switches of the Hue-Integrations-Lamp doesn't react to change from "on/off" anymore reliable if the state is changed and as well it doesn't reliable switch the lamp as well anymore.

This is one of many lamps that are affected with this issue.

The Hue integration was very very robust in over a year in which I was running HA 24/7 with it.

To make things clear: Behind the scenes isn't something fancy... it's just a simple switch towards a hue-lamp using the integration.

After a reload of the integration, the status of all lamps is displayed correctly.
When I for example try to set one lamp off using the switch, the lamp IS switched off but the switch "hops back" to on again as shown on the video.
The UI-switch isn't updating the lamps status anymore then.
