UPB lighting

Is it possible to add support for UPB (Univeral Powerline Bus)

These focus on the serial port controller for the upb lighting system.
Not sure what steps/entry points are for adding/porting this to a library.

I believe there are other python integrations done already for UPB but they are part of other projects.

If there are Python bindings available then the hardest part is already done. Check the Developers docs about creating a component and take a look at the modbus component or isy994 component which seems to be similar technologies.
