Hey there @Kane610, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (unifi) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

@Kane610 Where did you find the error in the logs? Trying to determine if it's related. All of a sudden, I am unable to disable any of the ports/devices.

@Kane610 The message pops up in a black bar at the bottom of the web page when I try calling the service.
HA API error

I don't get the error with any Non-Unifi Devices. Oddly enough, I can also block the network connectivity to the UNVR-Pro but not the individual cameras anymore.

As the error is BlockUnifiDeviceForbidden I guess Ubi has disabled the possibility to block those devices

Tested and blocking network devices works fine with UniFiOS UDM Pro 1.11.4, UniFi Network 7.1.61

Check that your user has credentials enough to block network access. Else its a limitation on UniFi devices.

@Kane610 When you say you were able to block network devices are you trying to block a non-unifi device such as a phone, laptop, computer, etc... or are you saying you were able to block a unifi camera such as a G3 Micro, G4 Doorbell, etc.?

I'm able to block and unblock non-unifi devices but not unifi cameras anymore.

I don't have UnifFi protect devices so I could only so verification on my normal clients.

Can you block the protect devices from unifi ui?

If not then we can close this issue as there is nothing that I can do

@usingapc have you tried downgrading and verifying its a problem from a certain unifi release? Else its just to close this issue.

MY UDM is on early release 1.12.22 and Unifi Network was on 7.1.66 (Now 7.2.85) and blocking does not work. I recently swapped over to early release and downloaded 1.12.22 so I could lock clients to access points. I assume the issue arose then but I didn't notice until my automations didn't turn on my kids wifi.

I also cannot block devices that I add to the "Network access controlled clients" list.

When I switch a device On or OFF... it will toggle back in a second or two.

Seeing the same problem as everybody else, if I toggle the switch in the unifi network application, the change is reflected back to HA, but HA can't instigate the change.
The user used for the integration is a local user with full management on network, and it worked until the unifi was upgraded.
I can't go back on that as it had fixes I needed.

UnifiOS: 1.22
Network: 7.1.66
HA: 2022.6.5
