UniFi integrations keeps entities (device_trackers) that are long gone from the UniFi console

The problem

as title.
Have restarted the UniFi UDM pro more than once, and the devices dont show on the UniFi Network listing in the UniFi app/web interface

yet the HA unifi integration still shows them,

and when selected for deletion, returns 0 entities can be deleted

ofc, HA was restarted many times already, updated, etc etc.

With HA 2023.11 there is a new option to explicitly select what clients to create entities from; #99483

This will be the default way of doing it so no random entities will be created.
