Not sure what you mean by map device. You have also not provided any log information.

After re-installing core 2022.12.7 again in order to obtain log information, RFXTRX works correctly. I apologize. Probably the first upgrade installation didn't end up correctly.

There do seem to be problems after host restart, which sometimes cause problems for rfxtrx. Reloading the integration usually helps then.
