Domains in filter sidebar are not ordered by frontend language

Describe the issue you are experiencing

In the new-ish filter screens (which are awesome) the domains are not ordered alphabetically in Dutch. It seems that they are ordered in English e..g. Knop is a Button, Klimaat is Climate. This makes it kind a bit inconvenient to find/select domains.

Describe the behavior you expected

I expected ordering would be according the frontend language.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Set language to Dutch (I assume other languages also do the same)
2. Go to Settings > Devices & Services > Entities Tab
3. Open filter bar
4. Expand Domains section
5. See result as in screenshot
