Update pyalarmdotcom version to 0.3.1

This needs to be bumped to 0.3.2 (verified to work on my RaspberryPI Self-Installed 0.68.0). I was struggling to get it functional, once I bumped it to 0.3.2 it installed fine and logged into my alarm.com account. Thanks for the great work!

Looks like somebody updated already... I pulled latest container and its using 0.3.2 now.... Mine is abl e to auth and arm, but unable to display status card. Are you able to see state?
