I thought I was having a problem with my action setup, but it turns out that the "actionName" is very sensitive to whitespaces or the use of a backspace when editing the names. It is not clear exactly what the problem is, but after deleting the action and re-adding it and typing the exact same name (i.e. not editing the name) it works as expected.

iOS 15.5 iphoneX. HA Core 2022.5.5, HA OS 6.6, Agent 1.2.1. Companion 2022.2 (2022.345).

Answered my question ... I saw another post that suggested removing the action and adding it again would work. Apparently, there is white space in the name that isn't apparent.
