Ubuntu 22.04 unable to open Settings panel

Describe the bug
I am able to install and enable dash-to-panel. However when I click the menu option "Dash to Panel settings" nothing happens.
See logs at the bottom of issue.

Linux distribution and version
Ubuntu 22.04
gdm windows manager (X11 session)

GNOME Shell version
GNOME Shell 42.9

Dash-to-Panel version
I can't open the panel...

Where was Dash-to-Panel installed from?
The GNOME extensions website
