becomes unreachable after restore from back up

Current Situation

HI guys

sorry if my questions are obvious as this is my first time

the below steps was Made by the home automation company specialist who installed my crestron/knx system at home.

it is their first time to use homebbridge as I asked them to make it possible to use my knx- Crestron on HomeKit.

they wanted to install 3 home bridges on 3 sepearte raspberry pis for stability and device limitation (150) but I thought it is stupid and unstable and I suggested to put everything on my Qnap nas

i installed the homebridge on my Qnap nas (qkpg version not docker) and I restored my devices from the first backup file (basement)

I will have more than one file because the maximum as they told me is 150 devices per instance of homebridge.

now

every time I load a backup file the homebridge becomes unreachable on 192.168.100.100:8581
which was working before I try to restore from back up file.. for some unknown reason..

2. the specialist who is doing the work is trying to go in "insecure mode" to make some adjustments but he doesn't know how to enable this mode as it is not available.

3. how do I run more than one instance at the same time to bee able to load 3 back up files with all the devices?

technician told me there is only one Crestron plugin working therefore he cant use child bridges for every backup file.
