Pitch

If there won't be a 4.1.x based Hometown for a bit, then may I request a cherry-pick of this follow request banner?

Motivation

It really, really helps manage follow requests. Otherwise, I can follow someone while having no idea they're in my request backlog trying to follow me as well.

This is in Mastodon 4.1.x, so no need to cherry pick if Hometown is going to sync with 4.1.x soon.
