Related to hoobs-org/hoobs-core#14 Add HOOBS Version Number.

In the menu that has Start, Stop and Restart, I want to add a Help link. This will open a screen, that will show common things like Resetting and Clearing Cache. Then we can add a description with these buttons that will explain why and when to use these.

The Check for Updates will be in the About dialog, explained in hoobs-org/hoobs-core#14.

I added help to the service menu.

I added a generate new username and a reset connection (delete persist) buttons to the Help view. I also added buttons to the website for further help.

NEXT STEP
I need to add a clear accessory cache and a way to view what is in the cache, so you can delete individual accessories.

This is done. I'm using #2 for the accessory cache.
