Any chance that you're using Fedora 22 and installed the Fedora 21 package? A package for Fedora 22 is available as of today.

Not sure what's going on there, but it's probably a server problem.

hi same here on debian
stretch/sid (aka unstable) with:
ceti-2-theme 1429980537.5719c9f

The package is only for Debian 8. If you're running unstable you have to install the theme manually. Make sure to remove the package before doing so.
