Installation does nothing #26

After I did

sudo sh -c "echo 'deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Horst3180/xUbuntu_16.04/ /' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ceti-2-theme.list"
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ceti-2-theme

nothing happened.

How to may be activate/appy theme?
