PDF renders with white pages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download any pdf from 
http://www.drdobbs.com/parallel/graphics-programming-black-book/184404919 
2. Open in APV and only the first few pages are rendered, the rest are white.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pages rendered correctly as in Adobe Reader

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APV PDF Viewer Pro 0.4.1 on Android 4.4
