Exception in Libc after loading password protected file.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to Open a password protected file
2. Come back and open the normal file once again.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see PDF file. But app is throwing some libc error which we are 
unable to catch using java code.
Log :  A/libc(15486): Fatal signal 11 (SIGSEGV) at 0x00000014 (code=1), thread 
15495 (FinalizerDaemon)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Operating System : Android 4.4
Product version : Did not remember exactly. But downloaded in December 2012
