Web UI fail & Arr's not connecting #23

Been running Qbitorrent (hotio repository) flawlessly for a while now. Suddenly stopped working (not changed anything) I cant log into the Web UI (server not responding error) also showing up in the 'Arrs are errors saying they cannot connect to qbitorrent either. Tried re-installing but the same?
looks in the logs an this shows up:
Unable to bind to IP: 192.168.1.191*, port: 8080. Reason: Unsupported socket operation
