Is there any restriction using any Golang Framework and database , orm ?
Shall we use according to our proficiency and past experience?

I already read in docs this statement but did not found any answer . can you explain me bit more about this @sp35 ?

As far as I understand, it says that you would have to make decisions on choosing the framework, database and all
