cluster monitoring dashboard

write a dashboard showing clusters on rows and tests as columns, where each cell indicates the result of the test, colorized to suggest needed response.

eg, latest accepted ssh request (yellow if older than an hour, green otherwise), total number of failed ssh connections in the last 4 hours (red if >100, yellow if >50, no color otherwise), a sparkline of failed ssh connection requests.
