Add current song to top of "Similar tracks" playlist

When going to "similar songs radio" using Spotify, it will add the base song from which the radio is generated to the top of the new playlist. This is a very nice feature, because the typical use case of "similar songs" playlist is that you are listening to a song and want to hear more of it (ie, after the base song is finished).
