Can this work with Prioritise first and last pieces of torrent set?

I can see an advantage of downloading from the beginning, as well as prioritising the last blocks.

First pieces will work fine as sequential download will take care but last pieces wont.
Why would someone need last pieces to be prioritized ?

Some data formats have a trailer with summary / checksum information.
