Check all callouts displaying as intended

I think in some cases I have used callout-info, which doesn't exist.

This should be callout-note.

I believe this just results in the relevant text not being displayed in a callout box - no warning is displayed and there's no visual indication of the failure, so will need to be tracked down in the code.

May also want to check for callout-hint, which should be callout-tip.
